She founded Connect Coaching in 2013 having completed a four year post-graduate coach training programme at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London.

Heather offers coaching for individuals and teams. She will work with you to deepen your understanding of the heroic and courageous qualities required in making life’s journey, offering methods and practices that enable and empower you. She will support you to align your focus and your unique potential, help you recognise and process challenges and move towards a purposeful outcome.
Heather sees the coaching experience as an adventure and uses a range of creative resources to honour you and allow you to develop the skills which enable you to achieve your personal goals.
As your coach, she appreciates just how significant your narrative is and also how important storytelling is. Heather uses techniques and skills to validate and authenticate your experiences, both your suffering and your joy.
By reviewing your own story, she will help you to recognise the masks worn and how you take personal control to meet your sense of purpose. She will help you connect to your internal conductor - the I - and to see and validate all your internal subpersonalities.
Heather offers a particular leadership developmental approach which has its roots in Assagioli’s pioneering psychological Act of Will. She uses methods and techniques to enable and enhance an individual’s capability for a leadership role and the responsibilities attached to such a role.
She uses approaches that will:

Heather will help you develop as a coach practitioner through reflective dialogue. She will support your internal exploration, help you to review issues and vulnerabilities and assist you in connecting to a deeper sense of self.
From 2021 onwards Heather will be working in partnership with colleagues to provide thematic workshops. Please contact Heather directly or see her facebook page for further information.
