"Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" ~ Confucius
Here’s what some previous coachees have said.
Heather couldn’t have been a more fantastic coach; she put me at ease but still challenged me to think differently. Her insight is astounding, she builds tailored solutions for managing the things so they become second nature. Heather has given me a bedrock of confidence and knowledge about myself which has not only helped me to immediately move forward in my career, but will support me for the rest of my life.

The sessions were both enjoyable and productive. Combining deep attention to experience, insight and good humour enabled a level of self-reflection and learning that was particularly revealing and useful. Definitely recommended when seeking a deeper insight into yourself and who you want to be.

When I first met Heather I had already done a considerable amount of life coaching; I can remember at the time I “firmly” stated that my life was very good, but if there were any improvements I wanted to get on and fix them, now now now!
For anyone that has previously had life coaching you know there is often a couple of things which are “hard to crack”, Heather really did help me crack them, but not in the way I expected at all, it was slow, progressive and very calm! I knew I had a pattern of behaviour that affected my life but I kept fooling myself into thinking I had dealt with the root of the problem, but I hadn’t until meeting Heather. She is superb, she is such a beautiful person but incredibly skilled in manipulation! I can’t tell you how many times I was talking and then I realised how she had made the situation about ME!!!!!
I have gone from doing the things that I thought I needed to do feeling superficially fulfilled to calmly being the person that I always knew I was and wanted to be; I have an incredible feeling tranquiity and a connected feeling of being present and being me, I also feel that my relationships and connections with people around me have grown in such a deep way.
I cannot thank Heather enough for having such a positive and overwhelming influence on my life.

Fortuitously, Heather and I met at just the right moment. If I hadn’t started my coaching with Heather I would still be struggling to define what “it” was I needed and what “it” meant to get there.
Heather has a way of coaching that is both personable, incisive and intuitive. She helps you to identify to maximise the opportunity you have.
Heather successfully guided and empowered me and helped me to identify what I wanted to achieve
If you need a coach I would highly recommend Heather.

I initially didn’t see the need for an executive coach, but as the old adage goes, "you don’t know what you don’t know". I’m fortunate to have known Heather for many years. She is an excellent coach, and a person whose advice and guidance I value highly. She gave me a different point of view and helped me recognise where I could improve myself.
After a session with Heather, I always came away with clearer thinking, better plans and a deeper understanding of how to deal with internal and external politics. With my newly honed skills, I can adjust my actions and modify my behaviours for increasingly positive results.

Heather asks the insightful questions that make me reflect on what is really important and what blocks me from moving forward. Through our coaching conversations I have the courage to make and embrace change. She has helped me to focus and prioritise and I am better able to look at challenges in different ways and progress meaningful solutions. Because of the coaching I received from Heather I am much clearer on what I want from life and my career and how I will now achieve it.
I began working with Heather at a time when I became unhappy and stressed at work, whereby my confidence was low and I questioned my abilities to work at a senior management level. I was unable to think clearly. Heather enabled me to take a holistic look at my life - understand how all aspects of my life impacted on one another. Guess what? My unhappiness and stress wasn't just a direct result of my working week! Heather challenged me, offering me a secure environment to organise my thoughts, learn to understand and like myself, and structure my goals.
We discovered my patterns of behaviour/conclusions drawn, explored ways to think about things differently - and for me not to always assume everything was my fault. Heather stood beside me, giving me the courage to find me. She was thought-provoking, but she also equipped me with strategies, tools and techniques, and we agreed actions for me to take and own. I would always look forward to my sessions with Heather; she was versatile to the person who entered the room that day, and expertly guided and supported me to maximise the benefit of each session. Heather is incredibly intuitive, positive, a wonderful listener and a sincere, passionate coach. It has been a supportive process of self-reflection; Heather has made a difference to my confidence, given me insight and self-awareness.
